The comedian further fueled the fire today when he neither denied nor confirmed he would make a guest appearance on Eminem's album in an interview with Fuse.tv. When questioned, he responded, "Uh. . . I can't really say."
Granted, the hooded dude in the photo is probably not Eminem – check that facial structure – but Chris Rock does have a history of rap cameos; he was featured on Kanye West's track "Blame Game" on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy in 2010. "I was on the Kanye record, maybe I'm on the Eminem record. You never know," Rock said.
The Detroit-bred rapper was also the subject of an Internet hoax earlier today: a gruesome Facebook post of a man that was stabbed in the back read "Rapper Eminem left nearly DEAD after being stabbed 4 times in NYC!" The post was refuted by Eminem's rep right away.
Eminem is expected to release his new album this spring, and is confirmed to hit festivals overseas this summer, including the Reading and Leeds Festivals in the U.K.
